RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We can accept returns as long as they are sent back to us within 10 days of receipt by you in the same condition as you received the piece. We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item has been damaged in any way or has clearly been used for longer than 10 days after receipt. Refunds will be made only after you receive authorization from us via email.

Each of our solitaire rings is sized according to the information you provide during the check out process. We use standards jeweler's sizing mandrels to size each ring as you specify so please be sure you give us the correct size. If your ring is too large or too small, we can resize it for for a $25.00 fee, plus shipping.
